Q. Can the scanners scan papers (or just books) and how do I get the scanned paper so I can print it?
The scanners (located in the first floor Reference area) can scan books and papers--including handwritten pages. It is very much like a photocopier or home scanner, and very easy to use. When you finish scanning in your pages, the scanner will prompt you to either send the images to your email or save it to a flash drive. Identified in your email with the email address, "firstname.lastname@example.org" this email is given a subject line, "Images from KIC station".
